Do I need to have a clear idea of what I want before contacting you?

Not at all. Many clients come to us with a feeling more than a plan — they know something isn't working, or they have a mood in mind but can't quite articulate it. That's exactly what the Sketch Session is designed for. We help you find the language for what you want.

What's the difference between Draft-to-Design and Studio-to-Site?

Draft-to-Design gives you a complete design package — drawings, 3D renders, specifications — that you can hand to a contractor. Studio-to-Site goes further: we manage the build alongside you, coordinate with contractors, check quality on site, and style the space at the end. If you'd rather not deal with the construction side, Studio-to-Site handles it.

How does pricing work — are there hidden costs?

The prices listed cover the design service itself. For Studio-to-Site, construction and procurement costs are separate and vary by project. We provide a clear cost breakdown before any work begins, so you know what to expect. No surprise invoices.

Can I start with a Sketch Session and move into a full design later?

Yes — and this is actually a very natural way to work with us. The Sketch Session often becomes the creative foundation for the Draft-to-Design phase. The fee is absorbed into the larger project when you continue, so it's not wasted.

Do you work outside Kuala Lumpur?

We're based in Brickfields but work throughout the Klang Valley and take on select projects in Penang and Johor. If you're outside these areas, reach out anyway — we'll let you know if it's feasible and discuss any travel considerations honestly.
